Support the Friends of the Massachusetts Park Ranger Mounted Unit
Massachusetts Park Ranger Mounted Unit continues to warrant public support.
The Park Ranger Mounted Unit HQ and Stable, located in the Blue Hills Reservation continues to be renovated, the Mounted Unit’s horses continue to house to a nearby state-owned stable during the renovations.
While renovation Phase III is coming to an end of fall/beginning of winter 2024, the park rangers continue to prepare the stable site for the horses return home. Paddocks, Run-in Sheds, Equine Farming Equipment will be needed.
We would like to show a team effort in making this transition run as smoothly as possible, not just for our rangers and barn staff, but for our beloved four-legged friends!
